Orders & Payment Terms
We ask for a $1000 minimum for opening order and $650 minimum reorder. This threshold is designed to create a confident assortment that will tell our brand story. All orders can be placed using our online wholesale page. Alternatively, you can email in your order. Please note, all wholesale orders will be billed in advance and payments are required to put the order into production, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, & Discover). Any unpaid orders that are ready to ship will be subject to a 3% fee per week overdue.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for fulfillment lead time. Once your order is placed we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the order and provide an estimated delivery date.
Buyer pays the shipping and cost will be quoted at checkout. We ship FedEx or USPS for all domestic orders. We offer local delivery for a flat rate of $25 or studio pick up is available. Please let us know in advance of placing your order if you prefer to pick up.
Each piece is individually wrapped and labeled and packed loose in a master carton full of biodegradable peanuts.
Returns & Exchanges
Shipping cost for returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. All returned products must be in its original packaging with all accompanying materials and show no signs of use. It is necessary to request return authorization before sending your returned merchandise. Items sent without a return authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.
We do not offer refunds or buy backs. Returns are subject to exchange or store credit – up to one year from issue date.
Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of goods. We highly recommend insurance and careful packaging when shipping returns. L.G.S. will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
All of our products are handmade. We inspect all merchandise before shipping. If you have received defective merchandise please email us with a week of receiving your products.
Our work is handcrafted using a moroccan sand clay body and glazed with certified food safe, lead-free glazes. Most of our glazes are matte or semi-matte. Cutlery can leave light markings on the surface of a matte piece, however you will find that these marks tend to blend into a subtle patina over time. These markings can be removed with Bar Keeper’s Friend. Do not expose the wares to sudden and dramatic shifts in temperature, as crazing can occur. We recommend washing your ceramic ware by hand.
Slight variations in form, color, texture and finish from piece to piece may occur due to the nature of handcrafted goods. These are not considered flaws, but add to the individual character of the piece.
All of our textiles are screen-printed in house using nontoxic, water-based inks. Most of our fabrics are pre-washed unless otherwise noted. all items are washer/dryer safe, though we recommend line drying.
Washing screen-printed items may result in a natural worn look over time.
